ABOUT MICHAEL

I was born and raised in New Jersey and now reside in Florida and love it. Not so much the hurricanes lol. I always had a passion for helping people and having a positive effect on people. I was the quiet shy kid and was teased about my weight and size. I did NOT like school. I still have nightmares about it lol. I struggled with it but I did what I had to do to barely get by. As they say, Gotta get an education in a well-paying profesion.....UH HUH... lol   YEAHHHH, I fell in generation and got tricked into "taking the career that makes money." I was your typical C average grade student that managed to get an MBA in Finance (GOD knows how) but I always wanted something more deeply satisfying and rewarding. I love and appreciate people from all walks of life, and embrace spirituality. Getting Laid off for a certain period of time, I got the time to educate myself to became a personal trainer and dove deep in the studies of self-development and helping other people! There is no greater feeling in the world than guiding people towards "Re-realizing" how amazing they are. We can forget that sometimes the way the world can be. But People are capably of the most amazing things especially when they realize you can't be average and extraordinary at the same time.

As we get older, especially after 40, Life can be taxing and our body, mind, and spirit. But all people are unique in there own way and deserve to live a life a happiness and fulfillment. A LIFESTYLE THAT FOCUSES ON YOUR HEALTH, FITNESS, MINDSET, AND PERONSOL VALUES ARE KEY TO BE EXTRAORDINAY. TO ALL MY PROFESSIONAL 40 AND OVER ADULTS.....
